2 full Bathrooms; 1 in the house and one outside by the hot tub.

$3,500 per month
The Bungalow sleeps 4. Fully Furnished

Non-Smokers Only! We will consider 1 small dog under 25 lbs. with a non-refundable Pet Fee of $500.

The Cottage and the Bungalow are fully furnished and fully equipped to make your stay a pleasant one. Just like home.

5 minutes to Downtown Mount Dora by car and a brisk walk or short bike ride. Quaint shopping areas, great restaurants, and Lake Access.
Mount Dora offers a Shuttle that will pick you up and drop you back off at the property.

Our rentals are Furnished rentals only.
Minimum 1 month stay Off Season and Minimum 3 months during Season.
Season October - May
Off Season June - Sept
The Cottage is $3,500 a month plus 11% sales tax.
The Bungalow is $2,700 a month plus 11% sales tax.
Sales tax is not charged for stays 7 months or longer.
Deposits/Security 1-3 months
Bungalow $3,000
Cottage $5,000
Deposits/Security 4-12 months
Bungalow $5,400
Cottage $7,000
There is a $300 end of stay Basic cleaning fee for each stay.
We are smoke free! No smoking in the homes or on the property.
Pet Policy: We will consider a small dog under 25 lbs. $500 non-refundable
Pet Fee.
Casa Bella Cottage Rented 10/28/2023 - 4/30/2024.
Casa Dora Bungalow Rented 9/1/2023 to 8/31/2024.
